It all begins with an idea so, first things first, you’ll submit an enquiry form. After reviewing your enquiry, I’ll send you my package and pricing information so you get familiar with all the details. After that, we’ll organize a discovery call so we get to know each other (virtually) and we’ll talk packages, time frames and investment. We’ll uncover the foundation of your brand, which will give me some insights about the visual and strategic direction you’re looking for your brand.

I guess we are a match! YAY! I’ll now send you the project proposal and the contract. Once you sign everything off and secure your booking through a 50% deposit, your project will be officially booked.

I’ll send a welcome email outlining the process and a brand questionnaire. During the whole process, we’ll keep in touch via email.

We already established the foundations of your brand so it’s time decide on a visual direction. I’ll create 2 moodboards with slightly varied design styles for you to review and pick your favorite. After we figure out the creative direction of the project together, you’ll get to sit back and relax whilst I work hard on your brand’s look and feel. This is when the magic happens!

I’ll design all the included elements and then present you the concept with in-depth explanation of each version and why it works as a suitable option for your business. After you take some time to reflect on the concept, you’ll send me any feedback and we’ll begin revision rounds as necessary. Please note, if you have any add-ons in your proposal, we’ll only design them after your standard package is completed so we have the finalised branding to use in the items.

When you’re happy with my work, wohoooo, that means you’re pretty much ready to sign off and launch your brand’s new visual! After receiving final approval on all design elements and processing the remaining 50% of the payment, I will package up and transfer all the files that you need and any supporting documents.

Oh, and don’t worry, I’ll stick around for a little longer to ensure everything goes smoothly with your launch.
